Specifio is a project brief and RFQ workflow. It is not a checkout, payment flow, or automatic order confirmation service.
Terms of Service
Minimum terms for project brief submissions.
These terms apply to the use of Specifio for submitting project briefs, RFQ requests, service interests, sample selections, and related files.
No automatic production order
Submitting a brief does not create a binding production order. Specifio reviews feasibility, scope, pricing, timing, and next steps before any project can move forward.
Separate confirmation required
Quotes, production, samples, mockups, fabrication, and delivery require separate written confirmation. No feasibility, price, timing, or availability is guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
Uploaded materials
The user must have the rights to upload any files, images, drawings, references, specifications, or other materials. Uploaded materials must not infringe third-party rights.
Request review
Specifio may decline requests that are technically, legally, commercially, or operationally unsuitable.
