Minimum operational privacy policy.

This policy explains how Specifio handles information submitted through its project brief and RFQ workflow. It is a minimum operational policy and may be updated as the service evolves.

Information collected

Name, company name when provided, and email address.

Project details, requested services, selected samples, and technical notes submitted through the brief form.

Optional uploaded files, images, drawings, references, or specifications shared for project review.

How the data is used

Review the request and understand the project scope.

Create and maintain the project room linked to the brief.

Communicate with the client about confirmation, project updates, feedback, and next steps.

Support internal review by authorized team members.

Files and access

Uploaded files are stored privately and are accessed only by authorized team members for project review, feasibility checks, and internal preparation.

Specifio may send emails for brief confirmation, project updates, project access, and internal admin notifications. Data submitted through Specifio is not sold.

Operator and contact

Specifio is operated as a LookGroup project workflow. Where a specific contracting entity applies, it will be confirmed separately in writing.
